Cosmetic Injectables
Performed by highly trained advanced cosmetic injectors, HealthOne Skin Clinic specializes in both dermal filler and Botulinum-A treatments (commonly known as Botox or Dysport) for all areas of the face.
Dermal filler injections, most comprised of hyaluronic acid gel, prevent and correct visible signs of aging such as volume loss and wrinkles. These treatments can be used to enhance one's facial features, such as the cheeks, lips, and jawline, and promote collagen synthesis within the skin. Results can last from 6 months to an upward of 2 years, depending on the specific dermal filler product being used.
Botulinum-A treatments relax muscle movement to target the appearance of lines and wrinkles, and is commonly used for jaw clenching and jawline slimming. Results last 3-4 months and require an upwards of 2 weeks to see full results.

Aerolase Neo Skin
NeoSkin offers a comprehensive range of advanced skin treatments tailored to address various concerns such as Skin rejuvenation, Scar Revision, Pigmented Lesions, Vascular Lesions, Melasma, Angiomas, Rosacea, SFB (Ingrown hairs) and more!
The Neo’s laser energy is absorbed in water to cause bulk heating of the papillary dermis, stimulating the formation of new collagen, smoothing fine lines, reducing large pores and ‘shrink wrapping’ or tightening skin. In addition to the above ‘tightening’ effect, the laser energy also is absorbed in melanin and also is absorbed in hemoglobin to remove unwanted hair, vascular lesions and pigmentation. By delivering laser fluence to the skin using the 1064nm laser modality at a unique 650-microsecond pulse duration, the Neo superheats water in the bulk skin tissue and stimulates the formation of new collagen in the dermis. Focusing on the face, neck and chest (décolletage) area, this treatment leads to skin tightening, pore reduction and tone and texture improvement. Additional benefits for improvement of skin tone occur simultaneously through the breakdown of pigmented and vascular dyschromias in the skin thanks to 1064nm laser energy’s absorption in melanin and hemoglobin. This treatment also results in active acne improvement, less oily skin and a reduction of unwanted hair. Patients love these complex skin rejuvenation treatments including the fact that they are now available without discomfort and with zero downtime.
Aerolase Neo Acne
Uniquely gentle, the Neo offers complete skin rejuvenation in a safe, effective, and tolerable treatment for all skin types and tones. The 650-microsecond pulse eliminates discomfort during treatment and provides safe, highly efficacious results for even the darkest skin
tones.
The Neo’s laser energy heats the vessels feeding the sebaceous gland to inhibit excess sebum production and prevent future breakouts. It also suppresses inflammation of active acne and superheats p. acnes bacteria to effectively destroy it in the skin. As an added effect, the laser energy is absorbed by water in the skin’s tissue to promote collagen production, which helps improve acne scars and the skin’s overall appearance.
NeoSkin Melasma/Hyperpigmentation
The Neo Elite’s unique 650-microsecond 1064nm Nd:YAG laser technology breaks up the epidermal pigment while addressing the deeper, dermal melanin and vascular components of melasma.
Breaks down hyperpigmentation at the dermal level
Decreases hyper-vascularity
Penetrates much deeper than topical treatments and Q-switched Nd:YAG lasers
Rosacea
The Neo Elite’s unique 650-microsecond, 1064-nm Nd:YAG laser targets both hemoglobin and the sebaceous unit to help your rosacea patients achieve clearance — with no pain or side effects.
Suppresses erythema
Coagulates telangiectasias
Clears papules and pustules
PFB (Pseudofolliculitis Barbae - Ingrown Hairs)
The Neo’s 1064nm energy is absorbed by melanin in hair follicle and shaft to break it down. White blood cells then scavenge away the broken up tissue, AND break up hyperpigmented areas that may exist in the skin around PFB lesions.
Acne Scar Revision
Water absorption for collagen remodeling, gradually builds within the scar to make it even with the surrounding skin and improve texture. If there is any residual pigment in the scar, revision will help even out the skin tone.
Psoriasis
The Neo’s deep-heating laser energy is absorbed in hemoglobin to superheat and coagulate the microvasculature that feeds the psoriatic plaques. The laser helps to suppress the inflammation and coagulate the feeder vessels of psoriasis.
Vascular Lesions (Face and leg Veins, Angiomas and Bruise reduction)
The Neo’s laser energy is highly attracted to hemoglobin. The laser energy effectively coagulates the unwanted vessels, which will then be broken down and absorbed by the body. The number of treatments for each vessel may depend on the color, size and depth of the vessel as well as the amount of physical activity the patient undertakes post-treatment. Vessels treated on the legs have a higher tendency to resurface, as the blood pressure tends to be higher. After treatment, a rust-colored staining of adjacent skin tissue may appear from the breakdown of hemoglobin and tends to subside over the course of a few weeks. Crusting, scabbing and temporary spot hypopigmentation will sometimes occur at the treatment site.
